I recently had a buddy go through surgery for testicular cancer. He approached the situation with stoicism and comedy. I thought that this design would make him chuckle. April is testicular cancer awareness month. As he says, "Yono...you only need one!" Right on my brother. Proceeds from the sale of this tee will be donated to testicular cancer research.
